Tucked away at the end of a narrow winding easement with four other neighbors, The Unbuildable lives up to its name. This project pushes the limits of construction planning, logistics and design. Access to site will be one of the greatest challenges: heavy trucks trying to navigate the tight bends, delivery coordination and a lot of communication with neighbors! Tight turning circles, limited storage space and steep gradients will test logistics at every stage, and will definitely test the project manager!
Yet it is precisely these challenges that make The Unbuildable such an exciting project. With careful planning, creative problem-solving, and close collaboration, this project aims to transform a site many would avoid into a remarkable home built against the odds.
