Perched on Moffat Point, Headland House captures sweeping ocean and mountain views to the north and ocean and bushland vistas to the south.
Designed for flexibility, it adapts to different living arrangements, comfortably housing two occupants or extended family.
Spanning three levels, the top floor maximizes views with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge. A bold cantilevered balcony enhances outdoor living, while a floating roof ensures unobstructed sightlines. A triple-height void connects the entry and living spaces, creating openness and flow.
Board-formed concrete anchors the home, contrasted by warm timber and dark lightweight elements for a striking, modern aesthetic.
Headland House commenced October 2023 and was completed in December 2024.
